What is this site/project about?

As we are approaching september (National suicide prevention month)

I decided to launch a project and this website called "Cards of hope". This project will involve myself, and others spreading cards that have positive mental health quotes and helpline numbers on them around the UK (Hopefully worldwide too!),Particularly at popular suicide sites such as bridges, railway tracks etc. I've started this project in the hope it helps raise awareness for mental health/suicide and prevents so many occuring. As currently, somebody dies from suicide every 40 seconds which is devastating. Suicide is a matter that i'm incredibly passionate about, after nearly loosing my life to it multiple times the past year and also almost loosing many loved ones to it. Therefore i'm doing everything in my power to prevent it as much as I can, as nobody deserves to feel like killing themselves is the only solution to their problems.Side note: I am hoping to expand this project beyond september as suicide awareness should not be limited to one month!
